Hello, happy Monday and Happy Easter to all those who celebrated yesterday! For us, we get two Easters. We have “American Easter” with Lea’s family, and “Orthodox Easter” with my family the following weekend. So, lucky baby Oliver gets two Easter baskets!
This kid has had a lot going on lately. All starting last Tuesday. Lea took him on his first Target run and then they swung by Lea’s work so Oliver can meet all her friends. On Wednesday we went to my cousins house so we can hang out and so Oliver can meet their daughter/his cousin. They were so cute together!
On Friday our little family headed down to southern Indiana to spend Easter weekend with Lea’s family. Oliver was finally able to meet all three of his big cousins and he was thrilled! As I said earlier, Orthodox Easter with my family is this coming weekend so I will have some more pictures to post!
We came home last night. It was a long weekend for all three of us. Overall, baby Oliver was a good boy and didn’t fuss too much throughout the nights we were there. He saved it all for last night when we came home lol!
Today we are just hanging around the house. He’s been in his car seat too much lately. As for me, I’ve been hard at work on my second post for my Get to know series (which is under my Interview tab) and I’m really excited for it! I hope you all enjoy it. I’m going to try my best to have a new one posted on the first Monday of each month.
Regarding the Chicago Bulls, they have a play – in game on Wednesday. If you don’t know, the play – in tournament is for teams who weren’t good enough to make the playoffs on their own, so they get a second chance by competing in this little tournament. So, the Bulls will play the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday and we will see if they make the playoffs! I’m not getting my hopes up though.
How was your Easter and/or weekend? Let me know!
Well, that’s all for now! I hope you all have a great day and I’ll talk to you again soon!
