Top five favorite TV Shows

Hello everyone! I wanted my readers to get to know me a little better, and I don’t think I have done this post before (I might have quickly mentioned a few shows I enjoyed in some posts), but I wanted to list out my top five favorite shows for you all. Let me know if we have any in common!

These are in no particular order since I can’t decide which one I like the most lol! 

First up is The Office (US version). Some people don’t like it, or find the humor annoying and stupid, but I think that’s what makes it so great. I love the awkwardness and the real – life situations. I love the weirdness of the show. I think they nail how it is in a real office sometimes which makes it so much better. The characters are great as well. Lea and I actually had the intro song from the show play during our entrance to our wedding reception lol. If you haven’t watched it yet I think all seasons are on Peacock for free!

Next, for obvious reasons, is Smallville. If you’ve never seen this show it aired from 2001 to 2011 on the CW. Like most shows on this channel throughout that time, it was a teen drama/comic book show about Clark Kent growing up and becoming Superman (No wonder I like it so much, right?). The show was great and really portrayed Clark Kent and his family in a way that we never really saw before in the movies. It didn’t really start becoming comicbook-ish until the later seasons, but I think they did it all very well. Obviously, I recommend watching it!

Another one of my favorites is Psych. I’m currently re-watching this one on Prime. It never fails to make me laugh. It’s about a fake psychic detective working for the Santa Barbara Police Department with his best friend. The show is hilarious and has so many good moments and lines. The characters and the writing are great. I think some of my readers will enjoy it! (If they haven’t already). 

Now this show was just absolutely fantastic. My dad and I used to watch it together. He would always say “Michael Weston is so badass” lol. If you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m talking about the show Burn Notice. It’s about a “burned” spy trying to make his way back into the CIA, but things don’t go as planned. It has tons of action and the series finale is one of the best I have ever seen. I stand by that to this day! I don’t want to ruin anything for you, so just please go watch it!

Lastly, I love The Sopranos. I watched it for the first time last year and WOW. What a show. The story and the writing were incredible. No wonder this show is talked about as one of the best shows of all time. If you don’t know, its about Tony Soprano and his mafia family in New Jersey. It’s a thrill. My first time watching I couldn’t look away. I love when shows grab my attention like that. It’s on HBO Max if anyone is curious!
