I wear many hats

No really. I literally wear many hats. I didn’t mean that title to sound like the phrase “I wear many hats” that means someone has many jobs or can do many things lol. Recently, I’ve started wearing hats more than usual. I’m not sure why, but Lea likes it so I’ll keep doing it. Tonight I wanted to show my readers the many hats I’ve purchased myself over the years.

I’ve always been self conscious about wearing hats. Growing up I always thought I looked stupid in them. Maybe it’s because my head was so big compared to my skinny soccer body. I’m not sure, but I do know I’ve grown into my head. Meaning my body has gotten a little bigger so my head doesn’t look as big lol. Anyways, I’ve been more comfortable wearing hats and I am actually starting to enjoy it. So, here they are:

The first one

I bought this one three or four years ago. I think it was the first one I ever bought myself. It’s comfy, it’s breathable, and it’s patriotic!

Vacation hat

I bought this one a few years ago as well, when Lea and I drove almost fifteen hours down to Tennessee for a wedding she was in. That was such a fun trip, and the mountains were so beautiful! It was a little distracting driving around there because I just wanted to stare at them the whole time. This hat is always a reminder of a fun trip in a beautiful state. I hope to go back some day.

The Dad hat

This was a recent purchase (for obvious reasons) from Barstool Sports. I love my dad hat, but I only feel justified wearing it if Baby O is around lol.

The Daily Planet

Yes, I wish I worked at The Daily Planet. Of course I had to geek out and buy myself some kind of Superman – related hat! Honestly, I feel bad because I don’t remember the store I ordered it from. It was a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing. It all happened so fast! Anyway, I like to where it when I do my interviews lol it’s cheesy I know but it makes me feel like I actually work at this fictional newspaper. I’m a dork, I know. It’s okay.

Chicago Bulls

This was a free hat we received for showing up a little early to the Bulls game one time. The design was created by a local artist. I don’t remember who made it but if anyone sees this and recognizes the awesome art work let me know! It’s a really comfortable hat and it looks so cool.

Chicago White Sox

Lastly, my White Sox hat. Baby O and I got matching hats when we went to the mall a couple weeks ago for his first Build-a-Bear. I’ve always been a White Sox fan, and Lea’s been since we got together. The games are fun to go to so I figured I need a hat lol. I never really got into baseball, but if I am at the game I really enjoy it. I like this hat a lot! The logo on it is cool and, like the other five hats, it’s pretty comfortable on this melon of mine.

Well, that is my little collection of hats. It’s a tough decision some days, but after a few minutes I finally decide which one I’m going to wear lol. I hope you enjoyed this post! Maybe it helped some of you get to know me a little better.
