Baby’s first walk!

Today was a little eventful – for a Tuesday.

Earlier today I took a little drive into town. I was heading to our Goddaughter’s house to drop off our Easter gifts we had gotten for her! Among other things, we got her this beautiful candle that she can hold throughout the Easter service, and a pretty dress. She called Lea soon after to say thank you 🙂

After dropping that stuff off, I headed to my grandparents house to pick up a present for baby Oliver. The box was filled with such cute stuff!

And once again, since I was out that way, I stopped by the comic book store – Tenth Planet. I picked up three books this time! Here they are:

I’ve never heard of this story, but the cover of the book caught my attention, and I do enjoy the Green Lantern’s so I figured why not! I’m so excited to read it, and I will add it to my DC Comic Storylines series of course.

This is one I’ve read before but I wanted it in print. I love Lois Lane, I think she is such a cool character, and this story is incredible! However, being so excited that I found it, I didn’t realize it was only one issue of (I think) a ten part series lol so I have to go back and find the rest of them soon.

I’ve heard so many good things about this book, so I am really pumped to start it. Out of the three, its the longest so I will probably read it first to get it out of the way. There’s been a rumor that, with the new DCU coming, it will follow this storyline. It’s set in the past, I think either during or post World War Two. It sounds cool, and if this rumor is true I wouldn’t mind! You’ll hear more about this one in the Comic storylines series! (Whenever I get around to it lol).

Once I finally left Tenth Planet, I went grocery shopping (which took forever) and then finally came home. We unloaded the groceries, packed up Baby O in the stroller and went for a walk! It was his first walk ever and it’s such a beautiful evening here in the region. I think its about 70-80 degrees out today. Nice and sunny!

Don’t mind me being overbearing in the reflection of his sunglasses lol! It was his first time wearing them and he looked adorable!

Now, he is sleeping (finally) and Lea is making dinner. What a great day it’s been!
