Today is my 29^th birthday and I’m not sure how to feel!

On one hand, it’s nice to be a year older and to spend the day with Lea and Oliver. On the other hand…it’s my last year in my twenties! Such a scary thought lol. Man, time goes by so fast. 

Today has been a good day though. Baby Oliver slept really well last night, so we all got some decent hours of sleep, which made waking up a lot easier. 

Since it’s my birthday, Lea is sitting through two NBA playoff games with me even though she doesn’t care about them at all lol how sweet! I also don’t really care about them since the Bulls aren’t playing, but they are entertaining. We just finished watching Miami beat New York and it was a really fun game. The only reason I was rooting for Miami is because Jimmy Butler, the former Chicago Bull, plays for them and I like him a lot. Now, Golden State is about to play the Sacramento Kings in game seven, which is going to be really exciting!

Later tonight Lea is making dinner. She found some recipe for steak tips on Pinterest (I think), so it should be really good. She’s a good cook so I’m not worried about it. 

Overall, its turning out to be a great 29^th birthday. Spending the day with my son and my wife is all I could ever want and more.
