Website updates & Lea’s birthday!

Hello, good morning! There isn’t much going on around here lately, but I wanted to pop in and mention a few things. 

First, happy birthday to my wonderful wife Lea! People always ask me “What’s it like being married to an older woman?” Well, it’s great! They share their wisdom with you, show you how to do things, and tell you what life was like when they were your age. (she is only three days older than me lol). Beside these things, it’s really no different than being with someone the same age as you.

Happy birthday, Lea! Thanks for being the best mom, friend, and wife in the world. Oliver, Winston the cat, Baby Ruth and myself, love you so much! 

Tonight Lea and I are going to the Lighthouse in Cedar Lake to celebrate. It’s a great restaurant right on Cedar Lake and I plan to do an Exploring the Region post about it soon, so stay tuned!

Also, I made some changes to my menu bar recently! It’s always fun and exciting to change things up on your site, whether it’s big or small. I figured it would be easier to make specific categories and pages for the different series that I write. Hopefully this makes it easier for my readers to navigate and to find what they really want to see. 

For example, my menu bar reads “Home, Interviews (where you will find my Get to Know series and my interview series), Blog (where I will post miscellaneous life updates and things I am interested in), DC Comics (where I will post my DC Comic Storyline series, as well as DC news and updates), and Explore the Region (where I will post my Explore the Region series). 

I hope that makes it easier for all of you and that you enjoy it!
