Time Slips

What’s up region rats?! I hope everything is going well for all of you. Thank you once again for taking the time to read my blog. I appreciate you all very much! In my last post I briefly mentioned time slips and how they interest me. So today I thought I would take a deep dive down the rabbit hole and we can look into it together!

If you just Google “time slip” there are tons of article’s about this phenomenon. So many stories out there. Some are wild, and some are more down to earth, but either way we can’t just assume that all of these people are lying. So many people have experiences like this, so something is definitely going on. Nobody can say for sure what it is though. Today I found two articles that I found interesting and I wanted to share them with you. Hopefully you find them interesting too, and who knows…maybe you’ll start to believe in time slips as well. 

The first story is cool. It’s from Stranger Dimensions and it details Sir Victor Goddard’s “…bizzare experience over an airfield in Drem, Scotland.” I don’t want to repeat the whole story (you can find it in the link below), so I will just give you a summary of what I find interesting. In 1935 this man, Sir Victor Goddard, was flying to Edinburgh, England. At some point during the flight he flew over this run down (basically abandoned) airfield in Drem, Scotland.

So, he got where he was going and later in the week decided to fly back home. On his way back home he “ran into a peculiar storm. I call it peculiar, because along with high winds and torrential rain, the storm clouds were yellow. It didn’t take long for Goddard to become disoriented and lose control of his plane (Stranger Dimensions).” The author, Rob Schwarz, states that Goddard tried to fly over the yellow clouds, but they appeared to never end. Soon enough the sky cleared and he was able to see again. 

Once again Goddard flew over Drem, and he noticed the airfield was no longer abandoned and it looked brand new – as if it just opened. He saw a yellow plane on the runway and the mechanics wearing blue overalls. Schwarz also states “This, along with the yellow planes, Goddard found strangest of all – RAF mechanics in 1935 wore brown overalls, not blue, and there were no yellow planes, to his knowledge (Stranger Dimensions).” The author also states Goddard saw a plane model he’d “never seen before, a monoplane unlike anything in the Royal Air Force in 1935.” The crazy part about this story is that all of this eventually came to pass years later. The monoplane was built and painted yellow, the mechanics wore blue overealls, and the airfield at Drem was re-built, almost like new. 

This story is incredible, and it’s one of the best time slip stories out there. Did this man find some way to time travel to the future? Did that strange storm have anything to do with it? Who knows. Either way it’s so interesting. Here is one more story from Stranger Dimensions that is just as wild as the first. I won’t go into long detail or give the highlights, but here is the link: https://www.strangerdimensions.com/2014/10/15/abbeville-louisiana-time-slip-incident/

It’s about a man and his business associate driving on the road, when a woman who appears to be from a different time tells them she needs help. So they pull over, and expect her to pull up behind them, and when they get out of the car the woman and her car are nowhere to be found. The man behind her on the road then pulled up and said the car just vanished. It’s a wild story, and also another great example of a time slip. I’m telling you…something strange is happening!

So, what do you all think? What could possibly be the reason for these time slips? I don’t think its mass hallucination. I think something strange is happening, and most of society brushes these things off because they don’t want to open their mind to the possibility that things aren’t as they seem – or how they’re supposed to seem. Maybe people are scared. Who knows? But it’s worth looking in to. There are tons and tons of stories just like these all over the internet. There are also stories told on podcasts like The Conspiracy Show with Richard Syrett and Jim Harold’s Campfire.
